Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ordering, files, production, and delivery.

What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF (strongly preferred), PNG, and JPG/JPEG files. PDF is recommended because it preserves fonts, colors, and resolution perfectly. Minimum 300 DPI for all raster files.
Do I need to include bleed in my file?
Yes. All files must include a 0.125" bleed on all sides to ensure no white edges appear after cutting. Important text and logos should also be kept 0.125" inside the trim line (the safe zone).
What color mode should I use?
Always design and export your files in CMYK color mode. Submitting files in RGB will result in automated conversion, which can cause unexpected color shifts or dullness in the final print.
How long does production take?
Standard production is typically 5–7 business days after your file is approved. Rush production options (1–2 days) are available on select products during checkout.
How long does shipping take?
We ship via UPS and FedEx. Standard ground shipping takes 3–7 business days depending on your location in Canada.
Can I upload my file later?
Absolutely. You can complete your purchase and secure your order in the queue, then email your print-ready files to our support team along with your Order ID whenever they are ready.
Do you review files before printing?
Yes. Our pre-press team reviews every single file for proper resolution, bleed, and dimensions. If we spot an obvious issue, we will pause your order and contact you immediately to avoid a bad print.
What if my order arrives with a defect?
We stand by our Quality Guarantee. If your order arrives damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll work with you to ensure we’re both happy with the final product.
Can I get a proof before printing?
We provide digital PDF proofs upon request to verify layout and margins. Hard-copy press proofs are generally reserved for high-volume custom orders and may incur an additional fee.
Do you offer custom sizes or products not in the catalog?
Yes! If you need a unique dimension, custom die-cut, or a specialty paper stock not listed on the website, please reach out via our Contact page and we will build a custom quote for you.
How does quantity pricing work?
We utilize volume-based tier pricing. Because the most expensive part of commercial printing is setting up the press, your per-unit cost drops significantly as your quantity increases.
